Born and raised in the UK until the age of 12, and briefly transplanted to Pakistan for three years, I’ve lived in South Carolina for six years now, and in beautiful Charleston for over three years. I am currently attending the College of Charleston to earn a Bachelor’s degree double majoring in Arts Management and Studio Art. I intend to enroll in an MFA program concentrating in Painting and Drawing after graduation.

My work has been exhibited during the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art's "Young Contemporaries 2010" and several group exhibitions at the College of Charleston's Student Gallery, and is in several private collections worldwide.

My work currently focuses on depictions of outer space. In my paintings, I try to emphasize the beauty and mystery of the universe, to take my viewers away from the stresses of the real world and remind them that the universe is far bigger than the socio-cultural bubble we create for ourselves on a daily basis; in this current climate of global political and economic turmoil, I feel it is important to remember that the universe will always go on in all its majesty without us.
