, South AfricaI am an artist living and working in Stellenbosch. My studio is on the farm Natte Valleij where I teach adults and children drawing and painting. I work mainly in oils and cover a wide variety of themes, such as landscapes, stillives, figures. My artistic inspirations are the post impressionists.To all the wonderful artists on this site: PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONSTRUCTIVELY CRITISIZE MY WORK. its the only way I can improve, and that is the purpose of me being on this site. Latest comment Dear Cathy, the way you,ve captured this figures with there baskets filled with fish along the coastline is just wonderful. I love the contrast between the sand and the sea, and the sky, as well as the light and the small shadows from the figures.
