I live in Florida, and recently moved from Wyoming ( Which I love, so much!) But family has to come first! I have 3 beautiful and talented children, Leyla, 32, Kate, 27, and Thomas, 26. 4 amazing grandchildren, Felicity 10, Ever, 5 1/2, Elias, 3 1/2 and Jaida Lynn, 3 1/2. they are my pride and joy, and my reason to get up every morning....I suffer from medical problems, and am constantly fighting depression.
As you can see, I have no formal training, and I didn't start painting until my 30's!!
I am very insecure about my work, especially with all of you that are truly gifted!!!
About a year ago, an artist friend on myspace told me my work was called " Outsider Art" And I think its fits, for sure!!
I have only been on here for about a week, and the comments I have received, have overwhelmed me! Thank you all so much!
You have encouraged me to pick up a brush again...and I am working on something new!
I am so happy to be here, and look forward to getting to know everyone better!
