I started to use my brushes 5 years ago..I'm a "self taught" one ...I learnt by myself, by making "mistakes',but I always knew the passion was here, in me..I'm still extremely shy with my work..but step by step, day after day, my passion grows!
Well I can say that when I'm Hera..I'm me !
Maybe one day will come and I'll be part of this beautiful family...painters..
Mid 2009 update:
I finally crossed the line and jumped into our beautiful world of painters and decided to start a new life commited to paintings . I left Chicago where i had a wonderful life and friends, with a carrer and everything to go to Barcelona and try something new.
Just to give and take a chance with Art!Now, I´m "semi-professional"and sell my works. Still looking for some new challenges, new galleries, here in Barcelona.

I noticed that you have mixed oils and acrylics as I am just starting I am reading and reading LOL, Well to the point all I have heard and red said this can not be done please what is your secret?
