, United StatesI have been a professional artist for over 25 years and have painted only for some of it. I love every minute of it. My interests and studies are in the traditional master oil painting of the 1600 - 1800’s, mainly Dutch realism. I have about 5 traditional master methods of applying the paint. It is important to have the ability to let the subject determine the method of application of paint for the final effect. My studies are forever ongoing and I hope to never reach master class.
