Jan Szymczuk

Jan Szymczuk

I am a self taught artist, living in Stannington, in the beautiful county of Northumberland, in the UK.

I love to work mainly with graphite, pastels, watercolours and acrylics.

I recently retired from the Metropolitan Police as the senior police artist (March 2009) after thirty years service.

I have since relocated to the north east of England, where I originally spent my youth, now being retired, I am finding I have lots of free time to explore the colour side of my art.

Hope you enjoy my story through my art.

All comments welcomed.
