Jeff Burns

I have been painting for about almost 18 years now...I have been an elementary art teacher for 14 years and I show my work about two to three times a year locally.I paint as much as life allows and I tend to go in and out of series in still life and landscape. My painting influences are Roy Lichtenstein, David Hockney and Stuart Davis. I work in acrylic on canvas or canvas board...all work is for sale, just drop me a line....

Latest comment I like your style Jeff it's so bright and attractive. And about as far from my style as it's possible to get, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it.

I think the water is too blue and don't want to repaint it as I'm already wanting to move on. What can I glaze over it to knock back the color a bit?
Beautiful so far, I love your painting, the colors are gorgeous, the sky, the trees, the purple bridge, the house, the river...so beautiful! I am sorry I cant... view answer
