Marina Gkissa

My name is Marina (Μαρίνα Γκισσά) and I'm Greek.. Mediterranean.. what can I say? Emotional, expressive, impulsive, passionate, artistic, open, romantic, shy, respectful, caring, friendly, honest, smart, stupid, funny, serious.. simple yet complicated.. in one word.. nah, I can't find it, though crazy would be a good one :) If you figure it out, let me know.. I've always liked drawing and painting.. But never tried it.. Until 2 years ago.. And I fell in love with it! I could say I'm self taught, which is true, but actually I know nothing except the amazing feeling I have when I paint! I only use the basics, red, yellow, blue and white.. mixing and creating the "right" shade is a big part of the fun :) Now it's just oil and sometimes pencil.. But I want to try everything!!! I found this site by accident or luck on 25 June 2011 and I'm so happy I joined. Many thanks to you who take the time to look at my work and comment.. all are welcome, yes encouraging commetns but also tips and critics :)
