For any Creative Paintings, consisting wholistically of the colour BLUE - mininum 95% and all its diverse shades light to dark,- using white and black tonals for mid tones/hues.
The odd skerrick of an additional colour will be accepted, as long as the painting reflects 95% Blue colours Blue Hues, lights and darks.
