Hi Chuck - A great impressionist style painting, love the muted palette but I hope you don't mind me being a little pedantic, its Queen Boadicea's statue, an ancient Briton.

Chuck LariveyI am a daily painter, specializing in landscapes, generally favoring the sun or moon with dramatic atmospheric translucent light effects.

My favorite en Plein Air subject is the suns first and last 15 minutes. Many of my paintings are developed from my en Plein Air studies and photos taken during these sessions.
