Oh he is so so cute and fluffy! This is great - seascape and bird life combined. You could even do a real close up of just the chick - he is so gorgeous. 5 ***** Glad you like the seascape - I am certainly enjoying these. I keep on reading and looking at seascapes and adding new ideas to each painting. I even bought a dvd that is just waves crashing - but it is very useful to see how things work. And not al;ways as you would think. Hug from Mike

Artist Statement
for Siobhan Knox

Ireland

I was born in 1974 on the east coast of Ireland
My passion for painting comes from nature and the lovely land I live in.
I now reside on the west coast of Ireland and absolutely love the rugged and unpredictable nature of the land. The west is reknowned for its quirky cottages, lots of sheep and stone walls that go on forever!!!
I love using acrylic paint as my main medium and love it for its versatility.
This site has certainly opened up new ideas for me and I am enjoying the chats and feedback from all my artist friends.
