A walk through the flowers

Oil on canvas. The fragrance of the flowers on that day was wonderful - all was right with the world, it was a beautiful summer day and I enjoyed painting this one. It is a view of the Wolds - Lincolnshire.

Hi Rick - sorry but it sold almost immediately hot off the easel - I do have LE prints of it though. Thank you for your kind comments - especially as only this weekend an artist friend commented that I would be better off taking up crochet.

Oh, I so agree with you I can't wait for warm sunny days again - we do not get enough in the UK - looking out the window now, it is a sleety sort of day here not conducive to artistic juices flowing for me at all.
