hi,my name is Albert Howard.im from Vicksburg Mississippi.
i would like to tell you what art has done for me and how it has changed me.
i use to stay up for days.couldnt sleep.hated sleepping pills or pills of any kind but i had to take them.(i think this started at age 11,after i lose my right eye in a gun accident.)im 36 now and been going to mental health sense 11.oh its just so much to cover so ill be quick.
i can sleep,dont have to take pills,dont need the doc anymore i think and its because of art.my life is crazy sometimes and art helps alot.
