I think you must have the same book as I have, except my book is a Dutch book. What a coincidence.
I used the front cover as an example for this painting. I made this painting about 18 years ago.

P.S. Wat ik leuk vind is dat jij een schilderij hebt van een flamingo met de titel Sleeping Beauty, ik heb een schilderij van een jaguar met dezelfde titel. :)
En we hebben ook nog allebei een site op exto. Dat ik je niet eerder ben tegengekomen....

Ja ik kom op PIL ook regelmatig een schilderij tegen met dezelfde titel. Inderdaad toevallig dat we ook allebei gebruik maken van Exto. Al vind ik PIL een stuk leuker omdat je wat meer contact hebt met kunstenaars vanuit de hele wereld. Ik zal ook eens je Exto-site bezoeken.
