Hera these two paintings (C'e' Sempre Questa Grande Attesa 1,2) are from photos that i was taking for 3 months from the stamps of shoes on wall..(the first part) and then i make a relation of this "waiting" ,with the war..and all the things that we waiting for..(second part)i hope to made the things more clear now..:) thanks to all again!!
I did not read the title and i liked your idea, when i saw the title i realized was a genial piece.....so i think is better you tranlate in english in this way all the friends can understand the full meaning of your grat idea ! Ciao
Your beautiful painting reminds me two mirrors those are put face to face to have an endless reflection of the thing between them. When i combine this with the title of your artwork, it becomes an endless waiting.. It's a very inspiring piece for me and i love it. Thanks for sharing.. Now that is a fantastic work of art. For one thing I love the way that you let the viewer show the process the way it is constructed.
The unfinished area around the gesture. Plus the repetitive perspective. Makes me think of grief along the rows of an airline cabin.
