thank you Krytyna...these were painings i did in 2011 I spent a whole year just painting to swim my way out of a slight depression. Being an alternative therapist I firmly believe in the music, art,poem and writing therapy...apart from reflexology massage.

A similar thing happened to me,I found that if for any reason I stop painting my mood changes.I don't look at depression as a bad thing anymore,it is painting fuel now.Your art is wonderful!

Rosy Kiara Rita Ferrara, born in South Africa of an Italian family, a self taught modern artist, currently living in Mauritius, started her artistic journey at 46.
