thank you Krytyna...these were painings i did in 2011 I spent a whole year just painting to swim my way out of a slight depression. Being an alternative therapist I firmly believe in the music, art,poem and writing therapy...apart from reflexology massage.

A similar thing happened to me,I found that if for any reason I stop painting my mood changes.I don't look at depression as a bad thing anymore,it is painting fuel now.Your art is wonderful!

EMOTION THROUGH COLOURS

Rosy Kiara Rita Ferrara, born in South Africa on the 12/8/1963, of an Italian family, a self taught modern artist, currently living in Mauritius, started her artistic journey at 46.

She describes the beginning as a divine experience. “One day my soul just opened up to the marvellous world of art and I just started painting. Ever since that day I never stopped.”

She discovered this dormant talent which came alive through a paint brush. Painting became a way to communicate her inner “world” with colours and shapes and lots of texture, at times. She developed a unique style and it is growing with the artist. Her work is strictly abstract and decorative.
