Hello Dian,
It is stunning how you have captured an entire era in one painting. The seductive, sensual nature of the flapper, herself. I love how you have wrapped her in a boa, easily imagining the slightest breeze rippling through the feathers. The soft curves of the hat and geometric ornamentation of the ribbon speak directly to the design criteria of the Art Deco movement. Not lost is the deep, rich patterned wall behind her. Had it been possible that Colliers Magazine had seen your work, they most likely would not have hired Maxfield Parrish. Lush and beautiful.
Best Regards,
Peter

i had better make sure my oil paints are not misplaced again, or wait and buy a new one, instead of thinking mixing might help !!! Now i can really go bungee...
