Question

This is so bright I think it looks unnatural but what do you think about the intensity of color?

I love its colors!~ Perfect, looking at his eyes, and just thinking about what I would do if I met him head on as you have painted him. Love the background color, the markings on his fur, the crouched body ready to pounce...just fabulous!

I love the vibrant blue in contrast with the warm golds. It makes for a stunning composition.

To my eyes the "unnatural-ness" makes it look less REAL but intensely attractive and bejewelled, as in a fairy tale. In my opinion that makes it appealing! Cc

The colour certainly grabs your attention Meredith, I like it though. Maybe just darken the top corners. Great job :))

Meredith, there is nothing wrong about how bright this great painting is. The rich colors you use have made him so (in your face) amazing. Just incredable work, fantastic job.

Hi Meredith, I like your tiger very much, intent on his/her pray. I'm not sure if your setting is day or night, but because you do have the dark blue, I get the feeling that you intended night, and if it is night then I would make the tiger darker or more shadowy to blend in more. I hope this helps :)

The intensity from the eyes does look seething and the blue aura holds the pose in place, at the moment where the tiger is ready to spring and jump out!

I like this very much, you are the artist, you want it to look natural then you can create what looks natural to you, I on the other hand, apply color that appeals to me, natural or not. cc
