Yes! A real 'Moody Blues' of a painting, but blue is the colour of the sky on a sunny day. Just a little red there to show anger or frustration. Yellow for those interminable delays but lots of white that often precedes success in everything that concerns you. Now that can't be bad can it? Brilliant artwork!

Hi Dawn,I know how you feel,I`m in the same position again with one thats been lying around for weeks,Iknow it needs some black paint, but its just got to be in the right place!!!!
I couldn`t tell you what might be or not,I`d leave it as it is and if your not happy paint it over,we don`t make mistakes, just happy accidents, regards david

Dawn McGuireHello Beautiful People.. x

I feel truely honoured to be part of this Incredible Community.

I LOVE to enthuse and inspire people, and if I cannot enthuse you with my work then I will try with my words.

The constant flow of serious quailty work on this site is INCREDIBLE!!..

A Real Big THANKYOU to Everybody for their Amazing support and interest in my work and for sharing their work and veiws with me.... I cant get over the fact that I feel genuine affection for everyone yet have never met anyone? It is, it seems, as if you come to know people through their work its magical....

I am sorry I have not been on the site much of late but my life can be exceptionally demanding and I am prone to dark periods. Please don't take it...
Do you always get perfect likeness when doing portraiture and if not do you start all over again or make the most of it as it is?
This is a lovely painting in its own right. Short answer to your question, NO, for me, it can take a lot of tweaking and sometimes I will just leave it and... view answer
