I paint realistic oils, most often using my own photographs for reference. I try to convey an atmosphere rather than a story, using my intuitive feeling for composition, tonal value and colors. Born Canadian, I've lived most of my life in Denmark. I'm looking for new exhibition opportunities.
the light shining through is super realistic. the buildings have a funny feeling to me...like they are almost too perfect and therfore not realistic feeling. how can that be? i can't define it any better than that but i find that effect highly intriguing. fantastic job!
Daniel I find your paintings amazing they are so real looking I checked out all your other ones and loved them all You are very clever at what you do congrats on such beautiful piantings. Regards Kerry
